Niclosamide and Bicalutamide CombinationTreatment Overcomes Enzalutamide- andBicalutamide-Resistant Prostate Cancer

Probiotics for thrush
I've had recurring vaginal thrush for the past few years. Doctors are useless. I've had it confirmed on various swabs that it's arare, non-albicans strain that "azole" treatments won't cure. So every time it comes back I can't use otc treatments and have to go through the hell of going to the gp, having

Diagnosed IgA nephropathy stage 3 ckd
Just diagnosed with Iga nephropathy (currently not active) and wondering if anyone was also in stage 3 ckd and if the fish oils have helped controls Iga. Ask if there are any other recommendations to try and control this as much as possible. I am on medication for hypertension and BP have been 110/72

Dutasteride & Abiraterone. The rewrite.
All quotes are from the papers cited in yesterday's confusing: "Dutasteride [Avodart] & Abiraterone [Zytiga]?" 1] "Abiraterone is metabolized in patients to D4A" (Δ4-abiraterone) 2] D4A "has even greater anti-tumor activity" than Abiraterone 3] but "D4A is converted to ... 3-keto-5α-abi" (by 5alpha

Thrush will not go away
I’m so upset. I’ve had thrush since last year December and it won’t go away. I’ve tried pills and creams they don’t seem to work. I’m too embarrassed to go and see my doctor about it I’m only 18. It doesn’t itch or have a bad smell. I’ve tried everything, but it won’t go away and it’s really depressing

Did anyone watch '' We must talk about death''? I was very impressed and uplifted with their findings that patients with Dementia and other serious health issues are overall much better cared for at home. Their quality of life is much improved, and the palliative care at home is normally far better then

Talking about death
Did anyone see last night’s BBC programme ‘we need to talk about death’? As someone who was stage 4 and on palliative care from diagnosis, I found it really helpful. It was so positive about palliative care and hospices. Even verified that palliative care can not only improve quality of life but also

Apologies for the long drawn out/ graphic post that's about to come but I am trying everywhere for answers at this point. 9 months ago I got thrush following sex with a new partner. I treated this but it kept returning. All STD tests came back negative. Then I had a particularly nasty bout of thrush

Inflamed and sore gums
Has anyone else had an issue with the above? I have Graves and possible hashis. Was underactive when last tested and am on just 25mcg levo. The inflammation however started in June/July with some redness around my front right hand tooth. At this point I felt very well and assume my thyroid levels were

Hi all, I'm new here so apologies if this post gets too long. Here goes, my dad has psp and his swallowing difficulties have started. Consolidating and chipping away the miles
Haven’t posted in a bit: I am chipping away at my target mileage for the month (aiming for 20+ to achieve 250 over the year: modest for many but an achievable challenge for me), running usually twice a week, 4 or 5k each run. Managed three runs this week: a gentle 3.5k shuffle this afternoon to take

Balanitis and testiclar pain
Hi! Ive been having balanitis since September 2018. I tried applying so many creams, I visited several urologists and dermatologists. Some say it is a fungal infection with balanitis, some say it is nothing. I can feel the glans colour changed and the pain all over the glans, and also in the testicles

can i give my girlfriend jock itch
I had jock itch 1 year ago and successfully treated it with Fugacil cream. However, the infection sometimes returns especially when I sweat too much at the gym. I have had 2 outbreaks this year and it sometimes causes me blisters. In every outbreak, I used Fugacil and it helped so much. So, can I spread

My 34 fiance' has FND, or does he?
Hi there, I am writing this post in hope that I can get some advice/support. My 34 yr old fiance' was diagnosed with FND approximately 2 years ago (and 6 months into our relationship). It has been a rocky road full of doctor and hospital visits since then, and forever changing intermittent symptoms.

I've tried all this and nothing works. 😐😢 I'm at my wits end here and I'm so depressed because of it. I also have
