Chronic constipation

Second time of chronic constipation, impaction in bottom, disgusting huge piles which are very sore and tender. I managed to pass some poo this morning so at least i can walk upright again. Got cream for piles but they are not numbing.

Yesterday i booked in for a colonic irrigation appointment, not sure if i should go now having been for poo and sore bottom.

Has anyone had a colonic irrigation?

I'm taking lots of laxido through the day to soften the poo.

I can't stand the way it's affecting my life and the pain is absolutely horrendous.

Hello I never had the colon irrigation but I am in same boat. Never had little internal hemorrhoids before. I have been constipated/hard stools feels super sharp when I do go. And sometimes some blood, such a sore bottom. They always say fiber but it can have the opposite effect if you take to much. I do take a fiber powder from amazon specifically for IBS. Can’t say that it’s helped to much. Hope you find something that helps!

I use peristeen system of annal irrigation at home. This was prescribed by the biofeedback nurse. I don't know how it would be with piles though. Hope you get some help.

I go for regular Colonics it’s amazing how much old poop stuck in the Lge intestines comes out. Can guarantee u will feel amazing after it 👌

Hi Hamson, I think you should try eating fruits and veggies the ones that make you go easily and drink waterplenty of water each and every day, I carry a bottle of water with me all of the time. These make you constipated hot dogs, coffee,bagels doughnuts pancakes, stuffed shells, bananas, chocolate, rice noodles, rice, pizza, potato chips, these are just a few. Good Luck Sandy
