I have but I have to take pain relief for it, as I am on a waiting list.

Follow the instructions given by your doctor until you get to the top of the list to have your issue surgically repaired. Avoid activities that cause pain.

Walking is one of them but I am on my feet all day anyway.

Sad to hear that. Perhaps ask your pharmacist what pain relief would be best for you you until you have your surgery.

I am losing my sight and am on a very long waiting list for bilateral corneal transplants! It’s not fun.

Aww bless you. I am fourth on the list for a routine check but may have to wait until February 2022 for the operation.
