How many of my fellow Prostate cancer sufferers have had this drug prescribed. I have been on it for 6months and I dont think it is doing me any good a tall. I am on the point of cancelling treatment tomorrow when I visit my oncologist and just heading straight into palliative care which may include medicinal cannabis.

Keytruda has not been shown to be effective as a monotherapy in men with PCa. The only exception is if they have a condition called MSI-hi/dMMR, which is rare. But if you are still taking it with Olaparib, it may be beneficial - that will be determined by a clinical trial. However, I don't think Olaparib will be of much benefit, even if combined with Keytruda, unless your tumors are exhibiting DNA damage repair defects.

Sorry to hear about progression.In MY case I believe both CBD and THE helps control some pain. They MAY also help inflammation and sleep.

I dose daily under tongue with tincture CBD oil in Olive oil I get online in US. Dosage has varied from 25mg to over 400mg a day. Used since 2019. Cut Norco from a dozen down to 2 per day.

In MY case I found that 5mg THC lozenges as needed helped some with specific headache pain.

Able to test and try what produced a pretty quick response for ME.

I don't know how many here have tried Keytruda, but it works for <30% of the guys with PCa according to Merck. It has worked like nothing else for my husband for two years. The trial ends next month. God knows what will happen next, I surely don't.
