Duloxetine?
For four years now I've taken Pregabalin 600mg, Tramadol 600mg, Amitriptyline 100mg, Cocodamol and paracetamol. I am into my third week of withdrawal in order to go on the Duloxetine. I have read I can't take the Tramadol and the Amitriptyline. What else is out there I can do some research on. ANY

Being Lonely
I feel like I am the lonliest person in the world. I have still not heard about my mammogram yet and it is now over 2 weeks since I had it. When I found that I had breast cancer I was fine with all the treatment and it did not other me at all so we don't talk about it. I have seen my own Doctor this

Does anyone have lupus like symptoms which the Doctors maintain are Fibromyalgia? Is this normal?
Hi, I've just had the results back from a battery of tests carried out by the hospital after my fibro symptoms of 4 years suddenly developed over the last 12 months. Muscle pain moved to joints, particularly wrists (carpal tunnel), base of thumbs, hips, knees, ankles and feet and pain worse AFTER rest

After threatening my GP with my MP, the GMC and the head GP over GB, I got duloxetine, I am on my first day of reducing pregabalin... How was it for all those who made the change?

Help! Having a lupus flare and blood work showing nothing, has anyone else had this???
I've been flaring badly for the past 3 days & feeling dreadful. Had bloods this morning & consultant phoned to say nothing in my bloods indicated a flare? She said my symptoms sounds like a flare & sometimes it doesn't show up in bloods & I need to see gp to rule out a viral infection & check urine for

Insomnia 4 - Charlie 2
I'm finally catching up to the insomnia. The last two nights I have dosed off about 1.30am, which is much better than 5.30am! I was at the doctors today, but she was reluctant to prescribe anything for sleep. She said that the duloxetine has the side effect of insomnia. So she suggested that I take it

Anyone ever taken Duloxetine and Gabapentin?
After a telephone appointment with pain clinic they have decided that I am to stop Pregablin and start on Duloxetine. Anyone have any good results with this drug? How bad are the side effects? He wants to do nothing more until I have seen a specialist regarding my jaw pain. Also after being messed around

Duloxetine
Does anybody know if it is alright to take Duloxetine at the same time as Levothroxine, my chemist says it is fine, but just thought, I would ask for any advice. I take them first thing in the morning, I can,t take the Duloxetine late in the day as it keeps me awake. I also take 10mg of Amitriptyline

Duloxetine for neuropathic pain. Any experiences?
Has anyone here been prescribed Duloxetine for neuropathic pain please? I've been suffering with chronic, debilitating headache since April and no meds to date have made the slightest impact on it. I've read a few negative comments about the drug on patient.co.uk forum so I'm a little wary but although

I am taking Tramadol 4 - 50mg, zormorph, 2 -30mg. amitriptyline 30mg at night, my new doctor has given me duloxetine 30mg a day and said
to stop taking amitriptyline as duloxetine is a antidepressant. She also wants to gradually stop the tramadol and zormorph as she says they will mess with my head. I am very depressed at the moment, have lots of suicidal thoughts and waiting to see a physicist. Is anyone taking duloxetine? I would

Sleep .. Or lack of it.
Arghhhh. My sleep has been terrible the last four weeks. Since being diagnosed over two years ago, my sleep has never been great. However, over the last few weeks things have been unbearable, to the point that I get zero minutes of sleep and I find myself crying for most of the night because of the pain

Hi ! Had a nasty cancer 18 years back, taking heavy painkillers from day one to present. Recently started with I think - panic attacks
18 years of morphine (current doses) 120 mg. plus Pregabalin 600mg. Clonazepam 10mg. Duloxetine 10mg. Dihydrocodeine 60mg (take like smarties) plus heart condition meds. 3 weeks back I forgot to put the pregabalin in my "blister" pack so missed it for 3 days - my world went pair shaped - panic, short

Sleep ... Or lack of it!
I have recently (almost 3 months ago) stopped amitriptyline, 70mg which I was taking before bed. I had been on this for years and it was no longer working so the pain clinic suggested that I tried duloxetine. So I started out on 20mg and after two weeks nothing was happening, so I went back to my GP
