Pegasys- liver enzymes - dandelion root tea
Dandelion
root tea is supposed to be good for liver detox, but I read it has high Vitamin K content, which can potentiate blood clotting? Seems conflicting info. on websites. Some states it’s a blood thinner? I’m confused. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you Mei

Excessive Gas, Popping feeling and noise, and pressure?
Ive tried switching out foods, not eating foods, activated charcoal, peppermint tea, gasX does literally nothing,
dandelion
root, probiotics, eating slower, taking breaks in between bites, drinking more water, drinking water slower. Everything you name, Ive tried and nothing helps or aids it.

Su protocolo ahora es de egcg+curcumin+ burdock root+
dandelion
root + epilobium parviflorum + reishi. He leido bondades del cordyceps pero también contraindicaciones con terapia hormonal. Teneis alguna experiencia con cordyceps? Muchas gracias a todos

I'm new here
I do drink filtered water and make up my own herbal teas out of herbs like nettle
dandelion
root Marshmallow comfrey etc. My wife and I take no drugs. We still enjoy life, take moderate exercise and I think are reasonably healthy. I see others around who are not so fortunate with their health.

fluid retention
The diuretic is a natural one,
dandelion
and other herbs, tablets from Holland & Barrett. I've been taking them for three days, twice daily. I'm not even sure they're working. My whole system seems very dry, yet my ankles and feet are swollen with fluid. Does anyone have any suggestions?

W6R3 no fear 25 no fear
I wasn't paying attention when Jo told me that it was 25 nonstop. Rather a shock but me and my head went round the world with Wishbone Ash and their duel guitars long before Thin Lizzy, singing any chorus I knew, head up, get yer head up out of the track, inside the white lines, outside the lines, somebody

The Wedding. (3)
My button-hole was a nice white rose, But a
dandelion
came to mind. My breathing got move difficult, Humidity was quite high. I thought if I’m going to kick it, This is not the place to die! And so I left reluctantly, My nephew and new wife. Wishing them my very best For a long and happy life.

Yukky
I made a green smoothie following a recipe using
dandelion
leaves, I mixed it with chopped spinach avacado, coconut water. I've never tasted anything quite so disgusting. Maybe I should have used baby leaves and less of them, it was so bitter.

Welcome to my green gym
We've been lucky with the weather today and I've been out in the Green Gym, mowing the lawn, dead heading and watering. As some of you may have read, doing a bit of tidying in the garage... :D We did a few things a bit differently in the garden this year: (1) Cascading begonias in the hanging basket
