I wasn't paying attention when Jo told me that it was 25 nonstop. Rather a shock but me and my head went round the world with Wishbone Ash and their duel guitars long before Thin Lizzy, singing any chorus I knew, head up, get yer head up out of the track, inside the white lines, outside the lines, somebody sprayed the dandelions, poor bees,no sunshine so stop snivelling and get it done...and I did...

Doing this pushed me to also join Spotify and download the tracks I hear from 6music during my working day. There's 40years difference between my usual 1970s faves and what pushes me to keep running. A good bass line is probably what I love
