I will be picking it up now in spring. I think roots should be picked in spring and/or autumn. Here in Slovenia we also use leaves as spring vegetable. It just snowed yesterday so I will have to wait a bit though 😂

I probably have enough dandelions on my lawn in the summer to go into business but it's easier for me to just buy a good quality supplement. I drink the organic tea as well.

It grows here as weed as well. I actually like picking up herbs, growing vegetables etc. Whatever has to with gardening - I love. I already ordered seeds of epilobium parviflore so I'm gonna be growing that as well.
