Champix quitting
Hi. Ive been taking champix for 29 days. I did the gradual quitting by reducing my cigs by one each day. So today is day 2 with no cigs! Its been a challenging month but I think this is going to work. Had nausea at first but got through it and none now. So for me this is working.

Vivid dreams
The last week I've been having vivid dreams every night and they last all night. Then during the day I feel really tired. Been smoke free for 5 days now. I'm on my 15th day of champix. Any ideas of how I can get a better sleep?

3 days smoke free 😊
I'm currently 3 days smoke free! I'm so proud of myself. I'm using the nhs smoke free app and it says I've saved £20 already... I'm now looking at what I could treat myself with as a reward. I'm taking champix and I'm on my 13th day of them. I'm getting cravings but they are not very intense. I downloaded

Day 11 tak8ng champix
Hello everyone, I'm currently on day 11 of taking champix today was my quit day but I had half a cig this morning! I didn't even want it. Cigs taste disgusting and make me feel like I'm going to be sick but I still smoked it. I then threw the tobacco away and fingers crossed that is it now.... No more

Last week of champix course
Hello all. I’m on my last week of champix & can’t wait to stop taking the bloody stuff. I have 6 pills left so reducing to one a day instead of two. I think my stop date was around mid July & I feel hardly any cravings. As mentioned before here, I barely think about smoking & I’m feeling good. No weight

It was going so well...
So I quit on the 2nd of August, thanks to Champix. I was a 20 a day smoker for 20 years. Then after 40 days of being smoke-free I had the worse cravings ever, went to the shop and bought a packet of 20. I smoked eight of them and at the end of the night chucked the remaining 12 in the toilet. Today

Well the champix are really doing their job . Day 6 of not smoking and feeling good . Have a slight problem sleeping but that's all , wish I had tried these tablets years ago , takes all the torment out of giving up smoking

Stop starting
Hi all I quit for five months using champix and then had terrible side effects when I finished the tablets. I felt so depressed I thought it was because of not smoking so stupidly I took to smoking again for about a week. I really regretted it and I'm now on patches but i just carnt stop having one

Any advise for a future Quitter?
Hello everyone! I've had a on going battle of quitting smoking for the last 5 years. I find using the Niquitin I don't smoke but pop 20+ of them in a day. I did have great success with Champix but my Doctor won't prescribe them to me due to my recurrent depression, which is rather annoying as I've had

Day 5 champix
Hi all, So I'm on day 5 of taking champix. I WAS a 20plus a day and today without trying to cut down - I only smoked 8! That's the good news! The bad news ...nausea and foggy mind ! Also feeling slightly anxious about upping dosage and the side effects worsening. But hanging on in there as already there

Champix…The choice..!!

Day 19 smoke free - having a bad day!!
So it's day 19 for me and I have woken up feeling moody, chesty and just not very happy! This is probably the 1st day I have felt this bad 😐 I'm still taking Champix. I suppose it's normal to feel like you're on a rollercoaster of emotions!! Plus I have the dentist later for 3 fillings so it's not going
