The last week I've been having vivid dreams every night and they last all night. Then during the day I feel really tired. Been smoke free for 5 days now. I'm on my 15th day of champix. Any ideas of how I can get a better sleep?

Good to hear from you Quiterjo - nearly at your first huge milestone of 1 week, well done!

Did you have a look at the link I posted in your previous post with the champix side effects

healthunlocked.com/nosmokin...

Sleep disruption and vivid dreams are the most common side effects along with the nausea. Even quitting cold turkey, sleep is disrupted as your mind and body get used to no nicotine - you could try taking your last tablet earlier in the day - it will improve I promise, keep pushing through.

Hi RoisinO1 I did look at your other post and I may look into some herbal remedies to help. I also work shift work so my sleep pattern is all over the place anyway which makes me tired too. I do take the 2nd tablet between 6-7pm as this is when I usually have dinner. Thanks for the advice.
