I'm also taking
COQ10
. Thank you for info on these. My neurologist doesn't say anything about vitamins helping either. Recently I've been waking up in the morning like my arms are still asleep. Tingling. I had this just in my index finger for about a year but now it's in my hands and forarms.

I have started taking
coQ10
x 100mg daily just to give it a go. Can't feel any change yet and it certainly hasn't improved my golf swing. Cheers Koll

I am new here and am seeking some guidance on improving my Thyroid antibodies.
I have been reading the very helpful posts on this forum and while they have been helpful I am somewhat confused as to what would be right for me and the correct way to go about tackling these antibodies. My research has led me to believe I should cut out Gluten; then Dairy, Soy etc. (Paleo approach)

Having taken dhea, ubiquinol
coq10
and making loads of lifestyle changes I had hoped to have more than the 9 follies I had last time so when the nurse said "14" my heart leapt to think all my efforts had worked... then promptly sank when I realised she was referring to my follie sizes as there were 3

Non Medicated FET
I was taking
CoQ10
to prepare for a fresh cycle but this morning the doctor said I could do a funded FET before my 40th Birthday in a few weeks. Should I stop taking the
CoQ10
and is there anything else I shod be taking apart from Pregnacare conception?
