At the recommendation of my cardiologist, I have been taking a 200 mg. capsule of

CO Q-10 daily for the last six years. The label says "Supports heart health," which is a vague statement. Neither that cardiologist nor my kidney doctor nor my primary care doctor have ever commented on the supplement positively nor told me to stop taking it. I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease two years ago and my readings have remained stable. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I was taking it. When I ran out, I stopped but my labs were way worse this time. Don't know if that had anything to do with it or not but think I'll start it back just in case! Prayers for you. God can do anything😀
