Confused about pressure and trabs
I had SLT in August. I was told to continue taking Latanoprost/Timolol. When I went to the follow-up 6 weeks later, the pressure was down to 18 L and 24 R from 28 and 34, and the doctor was quite pleased. I had to continue with the eyedrops and come back after 8 weeks . In the meantime I had an appointment

I have had crippling ovulation pain since having a caesarian 11 years ago. My GP prescribed me laxido to edal.lwith the severe trapped wind pain and reluctantly referred me for a laparoscopy but when I attended the appointment it was way too painful and I couldn't go ahead with the procedure. this is the future of hope…anti cancer pill in trials
This is breathtakingly exciting to read about…but can it happen soon enough to help us? Is this silver bullet we’ve been promised? A medication that targets only cancer cells and leaves normal cells unaffected… https://www.cityofhope.org/cancer-center-announces-first-patient-has-received-city-hopes-novel-potentially-cancer-stopping

Contraception
I have struggled to find the best method in contraception. I had the implant but it just didn't agree with my body, periods started to be around 3 weeks. I then went no the mini pill, which same thing happened. They then switched to combined and my moods became so low. My sex drive was non existant

Vitamin K2 for bones - how much, how frequent?
Hi, I have random question for anyone on here who is taking Vitamin K2 to support their calcium/magnesium/D3 intake for bones compromised by coeliac and/or allergic or intolerant to dairy. I do take a dropper type of K2 (oil based) which is pricey, and looking at cheaper brands that are pill based (basic

Mini pill
hi everyone. I tried noriday mini pill for just under 3 mths but I bled a lot and was quite angry on it 🤦♀️ I stopped taking it a week before my holiday in august, as I was worried it would ruin it with all the bleeding. However I saw my gynea 2 weeks ago for my mri follow up. My endo is severe

Like pooping glass!
I wondered if anyone experiences a really sore bottom when passing bowel movements- not like the deep intense pain in the bowel before pooing, but like sharp glass scratching when you actually poo. Sorry to be graphic, but it feels like my anus is tearing every time I poop! And often it bleeds. I know

My 9 Year old has Adhd and on autism Spectrum.
We are giving her Adhd medication strattera 10mg, I think its causing her to scream a lot and depression, her doctor is insisting to increase the dosage to 20mg. I think it will cause her more depression and anxiety. I dont know whether to increase her dosage or change the pill all together.

Symptom diary for diagnosis, while on the combined pill? Do I even have a cycle?
Hi everyone.. I've been through a crazy couple of months since learning about the existence of endometriosis. I'm on the waiting list for a laparoscopy, having to wait at least 12 months. I'm sure many of you can relate to the anxiety that comes with the waiting? The hospital won't help me any further

First Laparoscopy
Hi all, I’m new to this community and feeling rather nervous about posting, however I would appreciate advice from anyone who has similar experiences. My unfortunate journey with Endometriosis started many years ago, however the contraceptive pill masked my symptoms for most of my teenage years

Having two contraceptions
Hi, I'm about to get the Mirena coil but I'm currently on the depo injection. I was wondering if it's ok to be on two contraceptions at once? I'm thinking it might help with the transition and pain as I'm really struggling to get strong enough pain killers from my GP. They have prescribed mefenamic
