large clots and really bad pain
hi ladies. I had my nexplanon implant out two days ago and my bleeding has gotten so heavy. It’s stopping me in my tracks as it’s so painful: lost a huge clot this morning and feel so sick. Mentally I feel better off contraception but my bleeding has gotten worse. Is this normal? Will it eventually calm

more unwell and confused
I’ve been becoming more and more unwell generally over the past few months. Some of this is due to continual Herpes two attacks and now taking Valaciclovir every day, also new diagnosis of further erosion of the lumbar spine at disc three as well as 4-5. I take 11mg Preds every morning. I took it today

HRT Questions
I wondered if any members could recommend or suggest good bioidentical HRT products. I've been on HRT for nearly 7 years. I went into menopause very abruptly after I came off the pill. A lot of weird health issues reared their head at the same time and I admit I wasn't very well at the time. I've mentioned

I'm in my seventies and a few years ago my lifelong problems with acid indigestion suddenly got a lot worse one day after eating fish and chips but my experience is not as bad as yours. My doctor presctibed lansoprazole (15mg) and it worked at first but after a week or so it gave me a constant nausea

COCP - millinette
hi everyone After putting it off for years I caved and have now been taking the pill (millinette) for a year for symptoms suggestive of endo (painful periods). I take the pill break every 21 days as recommended but still have painful “periods” (although they are not as bad as they used to be). The

really really abnormal periods
my entire life, my periods have been normal. Ever since I was like 14 I have been able to know the exact day my period would come. I started birth control back in July because I was having really bad cramps and I wanted an extra contraceptive. My cramps stopped being so bad and my peiords remained normal

Considering looking for diagnosis
Hi, I’m 22 and looking for some advice about possibly going to the doctors about endometriosis. I’ve had pretty severe cramps since I started my period, this has constantly gotten in the way of things like school and sport as i’ve had to stay at home (usually can’t stand up, feel very nauseous as well

After help for a friend, only able to do natural transfers due to migraine?
You all helped me so much when I was on my fertility journey I was hoping you had some information to help my friend. When she was on a contraceptive pill she had to be on progesterone only as she'd previously had a migraine (only 1 or 2 in her lifetime). A couple of months ago she had an EC and transfer

Don't want to go back on the pill/more surgeries! Deep infiltrating endo on bowel and uterine polyp removed recently for heavy bleeding.
Hello fellow endo warriors. I have a dilemma. I really don't want to go back on the bcp after being on it for 15 years as it has not been effective for my deep infiltrating endo on my bowel. My ultimate goal is to heal endo at the core using non-hormonal & surgery approach. Not just a bandaid solution

PCOS!
hi all, Today I got diagnosed with PCOS as I came off the mini pill 8 months ago and have no period since, I very scared the doctors said about putting me on the combined pill to start my period and make them regular. I don’t want to take this pill as me and my partner have been trying for a baby.

Endometriosis treatment NOT contraceptive pill or coil
I'm waiting to see a gynae. This one took me seriously when I tearfully told her my symptoms. The debilitating pain I endure during ovulation and my period is worse than childbirth (I've had a baby). The bleeding is so severe that I flood a night time pad every half an hour. GPs have always been very

My Afib and Bisoprolol
My last post was 2 yrs ago when my AFib was ruining my quality of life.. Regular episodes and anxiety was the norm.. Fortunately by cardiac nurse seemed to read my mind during a catch up conversation and we decided the pill in the pocket 2.5 mg of bisoprolol taken when my heart misfired would be better

Help with PCOS inositol supplements (trying to conceive!)
Hi all! I've been diagnosed with PCOS in my teens. I had most of the symptoms on the list, no periods, acne, hirsutism, heavy bleeding when periods deign to appear. I lost count of how many different pills I took and had most of their side effects (apart from blood clots thankfully!). It got to a point

coming off all hormones
hi warriors. I’ve bled for 73 days now since my surgery on 6th October. I’ve had options from my surgeon and they would effect fertility which I don’t want to do so we discussed coming off all contraception and using tranexemic acid on heavier days of my natural cycle. How many of you have used

I just don’t know how much more I can take
I’ve always had problems with my periods since being a teenager. I first went to the doctors around 18 and was dismissed. I’m now 36 and finally got a diagnosis of adenomyosis (via MRI scan) and endometriosis. I’ve had the surgery to do excision and I’ve bled non stop since. Yesterday I thought I
