Hi all, I've searched the forum about how B12 /folate is effected by oral contraceptives, which I have been on for over 20 years. The last posts I can find are from 5 years ago. The pill
Hi Everyone, just looking for some advice please. I started back on the pill two days ago in an attempt to sort my acne. I was keen to start it as soon as it was prescribed so this meant starting it two days before my period was due. I have had some brownish discharge (spotting) since starting it. Does

Life changing for ADHD and HFA
Hello folks, I have adhd and HFA and I was prescribed generic ritalin to help me cope with adhd since I have it severely. I was just recently diagnosed at the age of 30 and it couldn't have come any later. My life has constantly been a mission. I am VERY hyperactive. I would always tell myself I will

PVCs - benign but ruddy hard work
I read often here that ectopic beats are benign and of no concern. Well, last week my hiatus hernia flared up and, swiftly following on, and as usual, so did my heart arrhythmias. So far no AF but oh my - āPVCās galore. To me, these feel little different from AF - so very wearing and with the same chest

Hi all, Some of you might have seen me post on here before about my journey. Evening primrose oil
Hello lovely people. I've just come off the pill as I am newly single and my friend said that was probably going to get my hormones all out of whack and bring on acne (or at least that was what happened to her). She swears by evening primrose oil which she said sorted it out. I was quite nervous about
