Third run after Covid: run cut short but that’s ok
I did my third run this morning, after getting back on the wagon after a break due to Covid. My hubby still seems to test positive, I negative since a week now, but I can tell my little workouts (runs and rows) do take it out of me. The little 20 minute hill runs and 15 minutes rows all feel great

I hate Covid!
So here I am AGAIN with Covid. The last bout was in October last year, so I've had a few clear months this time. When I've had it before, I know that it depletes my B12 and makes me feel awful, and each and every time, I know that I need extra jabs. So, when I came down with it 10 days ago, why didn't

Lyme Disease
Hello, I hope everyone is feeling as well as possible. Can I ask about links between Lyme Disease and RA? What is actually known? My daughter was talking about ticks the other day (we are both walkers) when I said I had had (in my late teens) a bullseye mark from a tick on my leg, she said ‘well that

Had Covid twice , all I suffered from was a light sniffle- to -no symptoms. Had two jabs of Astra zenica sick as a dog ! Refused both third vax and booster. I only got jab because of work.

endo and extreme dizziness
does anyone have extreme dizziness constantly? Almost like feeling a bit drunk? I’ve spoken to one other girl with it. I also feel super sick like I’m getting my the flu all the time but then never actually get the flu. Just very very unwell lately. Any answers would help,

Has anyone had more fertilised eggs 2nd time round with ICSI?
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone undergoing ICSI had a more successful round of fertilised eggs 2nd time round and if there was anything you done differently? We had our first round in August and they managed to use 10 mature eggs after collecting 15 eggs, 24 hours later we were told that only

fatigue article
not sure this link will work as this comes via my Apple News, if not this article was written in The Atlantic. It’s about Long Covid and other fatigue disorders and a good chunk of it is a great crossover to what we experience in PBC. I recall when we first started hearing about Long Covid telling

Hello Can I ask I anyone on filgotinib, if you get cold (which feels like it's a head cold all stuffed up) and sore throat, do you stop filgotinib till its better or keep taking it? I know I have to stop if needing antibiotics but wasn't sure for a cold. Your experiences would be very welcome Thank

PMR like symptoms r/t chronic tooth abscess?
Most recently it's been discovered I had a tooth abscess. The dentist belive I had tooth infection for a long time. Prior to leaving for the Camino I had this tooth removed. Is this the root (no pun) cause of my infection raising my inflammatory markers since 2021 which return inflicted PMR like symptoms

flu jab with adjuvent
My lovely gurus. I am so very worried. This morning I had my flu jab and I stupidly forgot to ask for the under 65 jab without the adjuvent. I have always made sure that I had the safe one before. I am really frightened that I will have a huge flare having had the over 65 jab. Has anyone had it

Flu jab & AF
Good morning everyone, I am due to get my flu jab this morning, but I woke in the early hours with AF episode, still in it now. Due to take my regular meds at 9am. Flu clinic closes at 1pm. Any thoughts on my getting the jab while still in AF as most likely, going by previous episodes I probably

Not impressed
Decided to go through my medical notes such as they are, and blood tests again now I'm more sensible again. All hospital consultations are missed off and consequently diagnoses. Oh, and there is a gp consultation noted that never took place. Basically my notes appear to be a mess. What really

My partner is housebound due to a fall. I'm his carer. We need a flu and covid jab. Nobody seems to know who does it. Gp says they dont send there nurses to give it. The district nurse has no idea. I've hit a wall. Can anyone give advice.

Shingles Vaccine
I have RA and am currently taking hydroxychloroquin, methotrexate and amgevita. I’m trying to work out whether at age 61 with a compromised immune system, I will qualify for the new shingrix (shingles non-live) vaccine on the NHS? Does anyone know?
