does anyone have extreme dizziness constantly? Almost like feeling a bit drunk? I’ve spoken to one other girl with it. I also feel super sick like I’m getting my the flu all the time but then never actually get the flu. Just very very unwell lately.
Any answers would help,

Omg are you a mind reader because this exactly what I’ve experienced the last couple of weeks 😱
Mine mainly triggers before, during and an after a bowel movement. For years I’ve felt sick with bowel movements but this nausea is a whole different level, I struggle with breakfast most mornings.
I too have now started with dizziness with it, headachey, super fuzzy head! I also had a migraine on Friday, I never get migraines!
But the same time as this nausea my bowel movements have been worse than normal in terms of frequency and urgency. Diarrhoea a lot but also I struggle to go at the same time🤯😂
To me, I think it’s cos I’m due my period next week so everything is flaring?
But looking back actually I’ve had nausea for a while but kind of ignored it, I thought it was like because I was in pain or I’ve woke up too hot in the night but I think it’s a whole symptom on it’s own.
I went to the doctors on a Friday as I was fed up, was very dismissed, she gave me something to try help my bowel movements but wouldn’t prescribe anything for the nausea but said I could try peppermint oil capsules.
I’ve found the peppermint oil helps the nausea, along with peppermint tea, mints etc it keeps it at bay but I’m feeling sick majority of the day and along with this dizzy fuzzy head.
I haven’t been diagnosed yet, I’m due my first lap end of an October but the specialist said it’s very likely I have Endo. I think mine is on my bowel, bladder and pouch of Douglas based on my symptoms xxx
hi. Sorry to say I’ve had thus for over 10 years. Bgse confirmed the dizziness is due to endo. Try ginger for the nausea if you can’t stand it try it as capsules. The dizziness is worse at ovulation and period. I haven’t found anything that helps except lying down. Unless it makes it worse. I often feel I’m coming down with flu. I’m on yet another type of hrt at the moment so I’ll see what that does. I’m not hopeful. I have a walking stick because of the wooziness. The worse my other symptoms get the worse the wooziness and dizziness. I walk like a drunk sailor when it’s very bad. You may find diet changes or vitamins help. Good luck. 🤗
