Flu jab & AF

Good morning everyone,

I am due to get my flu jab this morning, but I woke in the early hours with AF episode, still in it now.

Due to take my regular meds at 9am.

Flu clinic closes at 1pm.

Any thoughts on my getting the jab while still in AF as most likely, going by previous episodes I probably won’t be back in NSR until sometime this afternoon..

I can only say what I would do and that is postpone. I also think it is a bit early to get the flu jab when flu season is normally Jan/Feb so I am postponing until November. Just a thought.

Last year I was in AF when I sent for my Covid and flu jabs. Doctor said it was okay to have them and I didn't have any adverse effects.
