HPV virus and cell changes with RA
Hi, just wondered if anyone has any experience of this- I recently had a
colposcopy
after a smear test picked up that I had a high risk type of HPV with mild cell changes.

Can’t believe it!
Can anything else go wrong? I am going for Ivor Lewis on 9th June, meanwhile our GP rang to say my husband has a suspicious bowel sample result and has to go for a colonoscopy on the 3rd June and my son in law is having problems swallowing so is going for an endoscopy tomorrow. I haven’t told anyone

Hello everyone, I've been struggling with so much for years. I'll try to sum it up. It started with me loosing weight, about 75lbs within 6 months, unintentional of course. I've had a constant low level with my Rbc and vitamin D and hematocrit and absolute lymphs. Most current results from yesterday

Chronic rectal bleeding
I’ve been bleeding for nearly two years now almost daily with each bowel movement. I’m borderline constipated sometimes despite high fiber diet, good hydration, and a lot of exercise. I had a colonoscopy about 9 months ago that was clear and didn’t find anything. I’m beyond baffled how I continue to

Rectal bleeding for years, and no closer to finding out what's wrong...
I'm a 29 (nearly 30) year old male that's been suffering with rectal bleeding for around 7 years. This is an on and off symptom which can last for a week to a month at a time with pauses in between. I get around 10 of these of a serious nature a year. I've had dietitians, colonoscopies, flexi sigs, CT

Lap planned, am I doing the right thing? Worried
After my MRI results came back with no evidence of DIE, my endo specialised gyn first suggested hormones that put down my period. After I explained hormones make me go crazy and I don’t want to go on them ever again AND told him over the past 3 periods I had a bit of blood surrounding my stool combined

Feeling bad after anesthesia
Hello all. I had a colonoscopy done yesterday and they gave me an anesthetic. Propofol I believe . My Gastro was aware of my fatty liver beforehand and told me it should be fine. The day after I am feeling run down , like a truck hit me. I’m wondering if I am jaundice (chalk that up to anxiety I guess

Safe? Or not?
I have had an ICD for three years now. No problem at all. Trouble is, I'm down for a colonoscopy. Is the procedure still safe for those with an ICD? Worried!

Help/Advice please
Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis via colonoscopy and biopsy whilst living in India 5 years ago. I've never had any treatment and my GP isn't interested when I tell him about the pain I'm in. It's started to keep me awake at night now and I feel so miserable. I've also noticed

First time here.
Hi. My first time here. My problem is IBS. Had it for about 12 years or so. Had colonoscopy and scan. So, docs say that's what it must be, even though unusually to start at my age. Now 74. Bouts are getting more frequent and this one's been awful, about 6 days now. I'm in UK by the way. All I'm given

Worried about abdominal
Hello! So I've had abdominal issues for a little over a year. My lower abdomen is constantly bloated and gets worse after eating. My top right area (liver area) sometimes does have a sharp pain. I've been told I have fatty liver so that would explain this. Lately I've been experiencing slight blood in

the dreaded ca125 check......
It’s now 4 years since my initial diagnosis of stage 3b PPC/Ovarian cancer. I’ve been suffering from stomach pains since my stomach reversal in September 2019, and recently had a colonoscopy which was normal and am now awaiting a contrast follow through X-ray. As I’m sure you can imagine, this increases
