Worried about abdominal

Hello!

So I've had abdominal issues for a little over a year. My lower abdomen is constantly bloated and gets worse after eating. My top right area (liver area) sometimes does have a sharp pain. I've been told I have fatty liver so that would explain this. Lately I've been experiencing slight blood in my stool and has me a bit concerned now. I've had a colonoscopy performed and it came back negative. Ive been told its ibs, but the symptoms do not match. Any insight as to what this could be?

Since colonoscopy came back negative I don’t think you need to be worried. But i think you should fix your liver problems cause it’s very important for your general health including your digestive system health.
