pain in anus and rectum only on leftside continuous scared

i had got done colonoscopy done recently and i got everything normal but still i am facing pain in anus and rectum and sometimes constipated and continuous pain and i showed it to so many doctors but still they are not able to give clarity about what disease i am having please help me in this i am not even having haemorrhoids as my anal canal came normal in colonoscopy and i have attached my abdoominal ut even though it is normal still i am facing problems

I’ve had anal pain and rectal bleeding for almost two years now despite a negative colonoscopy. It’s so unnerving as to what could be the cause.

I’m getting a second opinion and colonoscopy with a different doctor this week. Hopefully they get to the bottom of this.

can you please let me know if they find anything through this second colonoscopy? I feel the same as you do and I'm worried they missed something.

Will do! It can never hurt to get a second opinion. The peace of mind even if it requires another colonoscopy outweighs the cost of the procedure.

I have the same issue but when I took one herb srup for pile I noticed I no longer feel the pain, after like a month I said let me repeat the same drug but this time the physician added another herbs and the pain come though not like before , so am still observing it for now,
