Confused & nervous!

Hi everyone,

I have interstitial cystitis & coeliac disease yay for me! When I was diagnosed with coeliac my gastro referred me for a colonoscopy as he thinks I have Crohn's or colitis. My colonoscopy is tomorrow I'm currently doing bowel prep which is a blast!

Just wondering if anyone's been diagnosed with Crohn's/colitis with no blood in stools? My symptoms are:

Vomiting after any food

Constipation

Diarrhea

Pain down right side

Bloating

A ton of gas

I had blood in my stools twice but it was bright red.

Haven't had a stool sample checked as they just referred me straight for the colonoscopy. My bloods didn't show any inflammation.

Sooo I'm just confused & really nervous they won't find anything tomorrow. I'm signed off work till October because I'm so weak all the time & I constantly need to be near a toilet :(

Hope everyone's having a pain free day,

Thank you in advance :)

My main symptoms were stomach pains and sickness and diarrhoea I do get blood very rarely.

My Crohn’s is in my small bowel so they didn’t find anything when I had a colonoscopy so if they say you are clear they should then do a small bowel MRI

:) that’s what gave me my diagnosis
