Progress
Hi community members, I just want to get a feel for what I'm experiencing. I think I'm in the process of recovering from my third and most destructive bout of depression. This episode has lasted for over two years. I've noticed that food tastes better (or rather tastes how it should again); colors

Anyone had good success with cognitive behavioral therapy? If so how long did you go before you started to see results? Thanks for any information you can provide on this topic!

5 year old daughter-nappy issues
Hi there, I'm new to this forum. my 5 year old daughter will only wee and poo in nappies. She doesn't wear them, she only puts them on to use the toilet. She has complete control and there are no issues with accidents, continence etc. She goes through the motions of sitting on the toilet in her nappy

Cognitive Impairment and head pains
Thank you - I am going for neuro psych test this week and wonder if anyone has any information on
cognitive
impairment
and APS. I have also several blood tests, ct scans and mri's and they are all showing no abnormality, however my head feels as though ice picks are being thrown at it.

AF and dementia issues
We should be able to have informed discussions with our doctors, about the ways in which we can prevent secondary issues such as
cognitive
impairment
. I’m hoping we can have a useful discussion of the ways we can all support our healthy cognitive functioning! :o)

Hi I'm Bev, I'm 57 and fit the last 10 years I have suffered with extreme fear of cancer and dying, I have been told its a type of OCD, I can spend hours a day worrying about it, I have had cognitive therapy and been in anti depressants but with no results, I have just tried to convince myself to deal

Is frailty a relevant concept in SLE?
Frail women had significantly worse physical functioning than both robust and prefrail women and were more likely to have
cognitive

. Frail women were also more likely to experience declines in functioning and onset of

Hello. I just found this website whilst searching for help on social anxiety. My life has been on a downward slope lately. Mostly because I feel lonely and lack motivation. I have friends but when they make plans I dodge their calls and try to make up excuses. When I'm at my university, all I can think
