Does anyone else feel like this?

Apparently runnng out of options for pain relief???
I saw a gp today to say that the co-codamol I was prescribed last week was not touching the pain. My gp said to me 'well theres not a lot left to try now, you are running out of options'. This is the second time a gp has said this to me in the last few weeks! The medication I have tried so far for

DLA unsuccessfull RANT!! :-(
I applied for DLA in March 2011, I had a 'no' reply in June 2011, it finally went to a tribunal hearing at end of October 2012!!! Which has been unsuccesful and have been informed I'm not emtitled on any level for care or mobility. I have arthritis, lupus, raynauds, fibromyalgia etc to name but a few

The hands on the clock were jumping ahead, eight, and nine, and then ten o’ clock… the shakes were getting worse as each hour passed. ‘That’ clock face flash-backed at just after twelve thirty and I instantly knew what was in store for me. I checked the time – it was 11am. I can’t go through this again

Methotrexate & Co-Trimoxazole (Septrim Forte) advice needed about taking both
Addenbrookes put my husband (he has WG) on Methotrexate and he was already on Bactrim/Septrim Forte/Co-Trioxazole. He's on 15mg Meth per week and 160mg/800mg Co-Trioxazole 3 times per week. The Meth booklets said you should not take Co-Trioxazole with it but when I asked Addenbrookes, they said it

Hello. I haven't posted for a while so I thought I'd give you all a quick update. After changing GPs, I finally managed to get referred to rheumatology but the rheumatologist refused the referral because my blood tests showed slightly raised urate levels. Although my GP agreed with me that I didn't have

Eventful week
Hi all not written anything for a while, as been feeling bad, physically and mentally. I have been on reading what you have been saying, some made me laugh some made me cry! Anyway, in the space of a week I saw a new Rheumo, and a new GP that I have only seen a couple of times. Well it was really eventful

Painkillers
At present I am not on any painkillers. I was on Co-dydramol, which my GP suddenly took off me, not sure why. So without anything to take the edge off the pain life is a living nightmare. I was wondering what painkillers, if any, your GP has tried you on for FM. It might give me some idea for when I

Frustrated
I have been suffering with endometriosis for 17 years since I was 22. I had never suffered with painful periods or pms since starting my periods at 12 so to start suffering it came as quite a shock. It took them 6 years to diagnose the endometriosis and during that time they kept saying it was P.I.D
