Pelabresib May Represent Optimal Partner for JAK Inhibition in Myelofibrosis
The benefits yielded with the BET inhibitor pelabresib (formerly CPI-0610) in patients with myelofibrosis are multifold, and the agent’s potential to improve disease biology and overcome shortcomings faced with JAK inhibitors make it a strong partner for combinations and a stand-out option vs other agents

16dp5dt Brown bleeding for 48 hours but lines still dark
I don’t know what is going on. I bled brown blood from 13dp5dt until 15dp5dt and also had cramping. It felt just like a period. Woke up today 16dp5dt so convinced it was over. Did a test on the off chance and there seems to be slight progression. Could this be an ectopic? Could I have miscarried but

Scan at 4 weeks 3 days pregnant 13dp5dt after FET Has anyone had a scan that early?
Hi all, had my appointment today at my regular baby doctor. They did a scan but didn't see a definite sac. They saw a small dot that could be a sac. They said everything looks good but I don't have my hCG numbers in yet. I've had BFP tests all week. Has anyone had a scan at 4 weeks and saw nothing but

Low beta hcg but doubling?
So I just got my second beta results: 11dp5dt- 21.2 13dp5dt - 49.8 It has doubled but still extremely low. Also having brown spotting the last 24 hours. Does this seem like it will be viable? Please be honest, I’m prepared for the worst. Had a chemical before and beta never doubled like this, stayed

Faint positive HPT
Hi, We had a fresh 5dt and at 12dpt we got a faint bfp, tested again on day 14pt and 16pt and still getting a faint line but think its looking darker than before. I am on 400mg cyclogest and no period, was due 2 weeks ago. Has anyone had this, could it be low HCG?

Cyclogest after fresh transfer - how much / how long for?
Hey everyone, I’m currently 7wks pregnant (much to my surprise, after a rocky start) from a fresh IVF cycle. My clinic in Denmark advise to stop cyclogest after a positive pregnancy test and let the body take over, but I was uncomfortable with that so I’ve continued with 400mg three times a day (vaginally

Husband Update
It seems like so long since I’ve updated, but it’s been only a few months. Husband is doing… ok. We’ve just received news that they've found a donor for his stem cell transplant and is scheduled to be admitted at the end of next month. It’s all become very, very real. The kids and I won’t be able

No Antibodies after Vaccine
Just got my results back for Covid Antibodies after Vaccination. It was Negative with a reported level of less than 0.4(U/mL). I took two doses of Pfizer, 8 weeks apart. I've been on Ibrutinib for CLL for 7 months now, and the first vaccine dose was 3 months after starting treatment. Really peed off

Blighted Ovum and HCG levels ?
Hi Ladies, I am trying to research a bit for blighted Ovum and if there is a pattern in hcg levels. No need to say that it’s because I’m super scared if I could be at risk for having one. My levels have doubled until now, and came back at 5800 20 days past transfer. Anyone having knowledge of

No Antibodies shown after taking the Moderna Vaccine
I am new to CLL only a year on W&W. My Lymphs are #10.26 and % is 69.7. WBC is 14.73. I had the Moderna vaccine in Feb and March. Just had an antibody test and the result was negative - no antibodies. To say the least I am heartbroken and disappointed. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I should
