Hi can anyone give me some information about how they felt starting on Ruxolitinib. My consultant wants to start me on this but I am not sure how I feel about it - so some for and against answers would be helpful. I had been on Hydroxy for about 20 years but stopped a few months ago as leg ulcers etc

CLL and Hyperbaric chamber
Hi Diagnosed in 2013 and on W&W but blood tests not so good and expecting to get some sort of treatment soon. Trying out using Hyperbaric Chamber, will do 20 sessions and then drop to 1 per week as advised so will be interesting to compare blood results before and after. Any body had similar experience

Long Term INF Results
I've posted on other threads about INF treatments. I decided to start a new post since I just came across a most relevant study that should wake up our doctors if they are paying attention. In any other cancer I think this result would be called revolutionary, but since ours is such a slow motion and

No more mutation test?
Hey guys! I just went to my hematologist and he said that only 50 to 60 percent of people will test positive on Jak2 mutation for ET, then here in our country the other 2 mutations are expensive each test is 300USD and he suggest that I should prioritize my bone marrow biopsy. Also should i choose being

Has anyone tried oxymorphone?
Hi, has anyone here tried oxymorphone for RLS? oxymorphone is similar to oxycodone but with much less sleeping difficulties in comparison with oxycodone. I have been doing extensive research for an opioid which exerts less sleeping difficulties because the oxycodone I am taking gives me severe insomnia

Extremely worried about the value of IL-6 and IL-8 explored, what should I do?
I'm 34 years old only, and have been in MF3 since 2017 diagnosed. Very bad state I was megalosplenia when I diagnosed. Now I take Ruxolitinib 7.5mg/bid /day and interferon per several days. The hemogram was controlled lower than normal, especially platelet. I have taken Ruxolitinib for 3 years, obviously

***UPDATE***confirmed miscarriage at 21dpo
Today I had my Hcg done. It came back at a "wonderful" number of 3,4 iu/l from 130iu/l which was exactly 7 days ago. I found out it didn't had a chance in the first place. It failed to implant further, so my Hcg levels didn't even doubled in the first 48 hours. I'm still bleeding after about 36 hours

***Sensitive*** BFP that ended in miscarriage
After 2 IVF rounds. One failed and one that ended in 2 frozen embryos. We found out on Tuesday through a beta Hcg that I'm pregnant. Results coming with a hcg of 130 iu/l. My clinic wanted to see anything above 50iu/l. On Wednesday did a digital test that showed 2-3 meaning 4-5 weeks. Just on track,

Horizant for RLS
Does anyone here have experience of taking Horizant for RLS? After taking oxycodone 5 mg for many years, I have developed serious insomnia, therefore I'd like to switch to non-opioid to relieve my RLS symptoms. I'd like to know if anyone here have tried Horizant and if it is effective to relieve RLS
