Waning PMR now shingles. New poster.
Now on low dose prednisolone (1mg) after 2 1/2 years feeling very pleased with myself. Had the Covid jab 3 weeks ago, then a blistery rash for 2 weeks and diagnosed (by photos) today as having shingles! Put on 800 mg aciclovir X 5 per day. Not so pleased now. Is shingles common within the PMR club members

UPDATED #3: Has anyone had success transferring a blastocyst that was expanded but upon transfer had collapsed?
I'm pretty sure it's bad news as there isn't a single niggle or cramp since my transfer on Monday but the biggest question mark I have is can a collapsed blastocyst even implant? What I'm reading isn't filling me with much hope. I'm reading its as though the blastocyst is "breathing" as it contracts

OTD 12p5DT Would you be worried?
Good morning everyone, I’ve done a couple of posts now about this, so some might already know my HCG numbers. But what I am asking is, if you hadn’t had any blood drawn and today was your OTD and your home test showed this result would you be concerned about your HCG would you bother getting them drawn

My testing stops here!! I’ve got my beta tomorrow and I’m now happy with my line progression! (I do have a digital to take possibly on Friday just because I’ve never had the chance to do a digital so why not?) With me being 9DP5DT tomorrow what numbers should I be hoping for on my HCG levels?

CAPD and PAIN
Hi My First post here, sorry if I screw up. I had a standard CAPD line inserted and then all training and a Baxter machine to receive APD. But the line never worked very well. The doctors decided that it was because I am so tall (6'2" is not that unusual?) Anyway the faulty line was removed and a

Does anyone have a limb that gets really cold?
My right hand/arm will get really cold at different times of the day. I can be at my computer, like now, and it will get really cold (it isn't right now). Other times when I'm lying in bed watching tv and it will get really cold. I thought at first it was how I was keeping my arm on my desk when I typed

Low HCG with Heavy Bleeding
So yesterday (10d after 5dt) my clinic called to say I got a positive pregnancy test but with an hcg a bit low of 25. They said I have to repeat the test on Wednesday confirm if everything is progressing well or not. I had some very light pinkish spotting on Saturday. From Yesterday it became heavier

HCG Slowly increasing - Please share
Wife had blood work on Friday 9dp5dt and her hcg level was 67.1. Clinic said it was lower than what they like to see so asked she repeat test today 12dp5dt. Just got results and it’s 125. Nurse said it’s increasing but a bit slower than it should and wants to repeat test on Wednesday. We don’t know what

Is 10dp5dt too early to test? Hanging in there
Nearing the end of TWW is the worst. Today I'm 9dp5dt with my hatching blastocyst. My first bit of paperwork said to test on 11dp5dt, but after transfer paperwork said 13dp5dt. I'm aiming for day 12... But I also read that the HCG can start being picked up from 9dp5dt. I'm so tempted to test tomorrow

Low HcG Level - 67
Today is day 9 after 5d fet. My wife did her blood work today and the clinic called us with a positive result but with a caveat that took away the 4 seconds of joy we momentarily had. Nurse said they like to see hcg level over 100 and that hers being at 67 at this point could mean a chemical pregnancy

Sinus issues and endo?
Hi ladies I’m just interested to hear if anyone suffers with sinus issues? I thought it could have been from breaking my nose when I was 20 but after ENT checking with a camera they said it was clear. For the past 7 years I’ve had several flares of sinusitis but the main thing is that every single day

Advice please: has anyone here who has implanted a euploid embryo after PGS got a positive combined screening test for Down Syndrome?
Hi all, Looking for similar experiences here, hope you ladies don’t mind. So our little euploid embryo (our last one!), which we had PGS tested last year, is now unbelievably 14 weeks! I need to pinch myself everyday - it has been an emotional roller coaster every week! Last week when we had our dating
