My right hand/arm will get really cold at different times of the day. I can be at my computer, like now, and it will get really cold (it isn't right now). Other times when I'm lying in bed watching tv and it will get really cold. I thought at first it was how I was keeping my arm on my desk when I typed (I have a new one after the move) and it still happens at random times. Other times that hand will get tingly. I have had that for a while but seems more so lately.

I've always had hands and feet that are cool to the touch. And my feet used to feel like blocks of ice sometimes. Now, sometimes my feet are toasty warm to the touch; by rubbing my hands together or massaging my feet, both warm up quickly. I assume it is somehow related to Raynaud's and my sensory nervous system..
R leg & R foot is like a brick of ice 🥶
My feet stay freezing all the time. Even when I’m watching tv and my wife is complaining that it’s hot I’ll have my feet wrapped in a blanket. But they are warm to the touch. It’s crazy.🤭🤭

My right hand gets that way when I am on the computer. I think it's carpal tunnel cuz it then goes numb.
