Light spotting 10 days after FET

So yesterday (9d after 5dt) our clinic called to say my wife got a positive pregnancy test but with an hcg a bit low of 67. They said we have to repeat the test on Monday to confirm if everything is progressing well or not. Today she just had some very light pinkish spotting. We’re freaking out. Has anybody experienced light spotting these many days into the 2ww? What Ive read to be normal is just a few days after the transfer, maximum halfway through the 2ww. Please share.

Hi I had a FET this month on 4th and have my scan booked in on 6th March to check everything is ok, I’ve been taken pessaries cyclogest 400mg twice a day one in morning and one at night. I spoke to clinic as I’ve been spotting pinky/brown discharge sometimes when I wipe but nothing in my underwear just once I’ve been to loo and wipe they said it is the irritation off the pessaries and not to worry as long as it’s not bright red and your tests are still coming back positive every few days your ok x x x

I had some very light spotting D10P5DT it only lasted an hour. I am now 14DP5DT ... everything is still looking good thankfully. I just think it’s an implantation bleed hopefully. Congratulations xx

I had pink/light red quite heavy spotting 7-10 dpt. I thought it was a bad sign and it had been unsuccessful. Currently 32 weeks with twins.
