Armpit pain?
In my last two posts where I explained my symptons for possible vasculitis I received lots of helpful replies which pointed to possibly CSS. I am finally going to a specialist for a renal exam on the 29th August and can't wait to get a firmer diagnosis and hopefully medication. Since my previous posts

Anyone have experience of Polymyalgia Rheumatica?
Hi all, I am still going through the diagnosis process for Vasculitis but after reading the route map kindly provided by someone via a link on this website Polymyalgia Rheumatica seems to be a close match to what I am feeling. I just wondered what people experience and how people feel who have been

Neck Pain - Has anyone had success with acupuncture for contracting muscles and pain in the neck? My head/neck seems to always lean forward.
I am getting trigger point injections (for pain) from my Neurologist and working witih a personal trainer to improve my posture and core strength. I also see a chiropractor twice a month. Eating is very tiring and causes a lot of neck pain because I have to focus so hard on geting the food to my mouth

Vibram 5 finger
My chiropractor has recommended these. Has anyone tried them? Also anyone know of any shops that stock them rather than internet stores, looking for the Banbury/Oxford area.

She also does the koren
chiropractic
techniques. I have seen her before a few years ago and it did help but couldn't afford to keep going. Don't tell me to look at the site with drug and foods to avoid....I don't believe what I eat and drink has any effect on my rls.

Chiropractic/physiotherapy
The cocktail of drugs that have been prescribed seem to have no effect but a combination of acupuncture,
chiropractic
manipulation and physiotherapy have worked - literally - wonders. Had the exact same experience in Singapore three years ago at the suggestion of my neurologist.

It's been a long time...
Hi Everyone, it's been so long since I've written & a lot has gone on in my life. I've injured my back twice-enough to have to see a chiropractor regularly since January. The first time I went sledding with my nieces (2 days before Christmas) & then we walked on the frozen lake & I fell backwards, twisting-to

Help from chiropractor
Just to say that I appear to have been greatly helped by 6 or 7 visits to a chiropractor. She used an Activator and although initially sceptical, I can say that I have now been virtually pain-free for over 3 weeks. I am going back in a month's time. We both hope that my visits will become more and

Update on the ankle/foot problem and the 98th run
Remember I was complaining about a sore foot/ankle after trying the Speed podcast? I went to see my chiropractor yesterday in the hope that she could fix me. She could indeed! She asked if I'd done anything different like running up a steep hill or - get this - changing the length of my stride. I

Cluster Headaches...
I have today done my own self diagnosis after a worrying 6 months of mysterious headaches and several visits to a pretty much useless GP. I was starting to believe I had a brain tumour. The GP did a blood test all ok, took BP okish, and suggested I had another eye test... again all fine. I have never

Sticking to RLS

Neuro Chiropractor
I had VM in May 2012 10 months ago. I currently live in Atlanta, USA but am a Brit. The care here was great when I was in hospital for the first 8 days then I had to lobby to speak to a Neurologist who had me follow his pen with my eyes. He wanted to do another MRI (Had one when admitted) and another
