Support and Advice
I had 6 months of
chemotherapy
which was very difficult. Not only on myself but also my wife. My immune system was badly affected. My last treatment was in December 2023 and I had developed severe back pain and I was struggling to walk or stand straight. I had tests and scans.

(SENSITIVE) Do we try again?
I don’t want this to come across as insensitive in anyway (the reason for our infertility is as a result of years of
chemotherapy
my husband endured, after being diagnosed with an aggressive Lymphoma just after we got married, that stole soo much from us); but three was out number, what we talked about

Migraine and trimethoprim
I cannot take the usual painkillers as I have a rare blood cancer treated by daily
chemotherapy
drug and blood thinner (rivaroxaban). Three days into headache I was admitted to A & E. By this stage I was having palpitations with fast heart rate.

chemotherapy

Jevtana
Then Pa starts talking about treating him with another
chemotherapy
called Jevtana instead of Pluvicto. That was not even discussed with his Doctor at the last visit. His Oncologist insisted on him taking chemo using Taxotere which he took 6 rounds of treatment.

Cancer drugs and chemotherapy
After months of research, surgery and scans I started
chemotherapy
in October. Complex type of cancer, they said. 12 cycles. 8 to go. I hate them. Every time I go to the hospital I want to scream and cry. Folfox, my drug, is my worst enemy. I’m a zombie for days. Maybe is just me, I don’t know.
