Starting Keytruda this week
Starting Keytuda on Tuesday, just shy of a year after 1st round of chemo. My profile has the details. I have MSI-high, high TMB, MMR mutations; only thing is PD-L1 is 1%, but very hopeful. Can any comment on side effects they had & when they showed up. How were they handled. I'm expecting fatigue, loss

Man's Prostate Cancer Caused "Uncontrollable" Irish Accent, Doctors Say
Despite
chemotherapy
, his NEPC progressed resulting in multifocal brain metastases and a likely paraneoplastic ascending paralysis leading to his death. We report FAS as the presenting manifestation of transformation to small cell NEPC, a previously undescribed phenomenon.

missed the diagnosis?
Hi all! I am at a crossroads. I believe I am not properly diagnosed, will have to find a new Rheumatologist, and have other serious problems that need addressed. Thankfully I have a great Primary care doc, and have an appointment on Monday to see an integrative medicine doctor. right now my health

No scan offered!
I have a recurring ovarian cancer. I'm treatable but not curable.I had radiotherapy in January to reduce a recurrence and my Ca125 went down to 21. It's now 48 ash's I'm told I can't have a scan until I have symptoms which strikes me as odd. I was having 3 monthly scans and was expecting one next month

CA125
Morning lovely ladiesJust wondering if anyone knows anything about a 'normal' CA125 level, mine has now dropped to 9.2 and had my last chemo yesterday, CT scan next week then the agonising wait for my results. I have clear cell OC so CA125 results are not an accurate indicator. Does anyone know the normal

low grade serous ovarian cancer
hello I’m new to the group but I was diagnosed with low grade ovarian cancer in October 2020 and have since had a radical hysterectomy in December 2020 followed by 6 rounds of chemo starting in June 2021 which didn’t remove all the cancer I was given a course of letrozole but this didn’t work for me.

Living with cancer
Hi All, Hope you are all keeping strong and positive, which is not always easy! I was wondering if there is anybody out there who is or has been in my situation. I am stage 3C HGS with three surgeries and three lots of chemo. My surgery was a failure last year as they could not remove all the cancer

Hi everyone. At noon today it will be ten years since I went to A&E with pain in my legs. I couldn't get a doctors appointment which on this occasion turned out to be lucky because I was diagnosed with stage 3C Ovarian cancer and examination. I had the op and chemo like everyone else and have been so

Docetaxel
I’ve completed my 3 doses of EC
chemotherapy
with few problems but 4 days post docetaxel I’m struggling. My temperature started to increase 4 hours post first GCSF injection, I have been checked out at hospital and my bloods are ok, cultures due back today but not expected to be abnormal.
