To decide again - operation or just

I need urgent help for my uncle
He had treated this condition in the past but it ultimately came back, but this time around doctors (including a specialist in Marseille) made him know that his condition was incurable as
Chemotherapy
would be risky his body which he deemed weak.

I am excited to be here...
I started Tagrisso immediately (targeted treatment), followed by radiation for the brain tumors, and then followed
chemotherapy
. I am a 57 year-old, non-smoker and extremely healthy.

Alimta - Fevers
Her doctors believe the fevers are a side effect of the
chemotherapy
. Has anyone experienced this? It’s heartbreaking to see her in this situation.

He's now waiting for Cytoreductive Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal

Travel Insurance questions on Acalabrutinib
I am on Acalabrutinib (monoclonal antibody as I understand it) but I am offered answers of
Chemotherapy
or Immunotherapy to choose from. This is further complicated by the fact that I am also on Trastuzumab (another monoclonal antibody for breast cancer). How do I get round this? What do I say?

It has been claimed that all chronic diseases starts in the gut. More specifically, our microbiom. If so perhaps it can be reversed through the gut as well. Should I go back on 1 or 2 mg prednisone due to fatigue?
There was no lymph node involvement and I have not had
chemotherapy
or radiation. I have had frequent blood tests and doctor visits and there is no recurrence of cancer. So I’m wondering should I go back on prednisone for a while. Maybe my adrenals have just never come back.

Our local oncologist can only offer
chemotherapy
no other funding available but don’t know if my husband could cope with
chemotherapy
again, neutropenic, hospitalised twice and then admitted with multi pulmonary embolism, possibly from DVT and has suffered leg ulcers for a long time, but cleared now

to much to handle
My sister has just started
chemotherapy
for breast cancer. The day after her first treatment she ended up in the hospital for 4 1/2 days because her sodium levels dropped so low. We initially thought she had a stroke. The day she got out of the hospital (Sunday) my dad went into the hospital.
