Need Help
He is on elliquis and a
calcium
channel blocker. I could not get an appointment with his EP until March 18th and this is with the nurse practitioner, if I waited for the dr it would not have been until July 19th. Is it ok for hm to be in afib continuous until the appointment?

Trying to understand what happened to my embryos.
Calcium
inophore was used ( my last round 2/3 fertilised but didn’t progress - there was a 4 cell and one 8 cell morula but other factors meant I wasn’t down for a fresh transfer) Round 2 - All 4 eggs were mature, one disintegrated on injection. .

Atrial tachycardia since ablation.
Since then I have had episodes of atrial tachycardia (resting heart rate between 110-140) My
calcium
channel blockers - diltiazem -were doubled up and that worked for a week or two, but then the racing heart was back.

New to CAD
I’m 48 years old and just recently had a
calcium
score done. It’s came back as 312. My cardiologist put me on a statin and told me to take a low dose aspirin 81 mg every day. I was also advised to change my diet and get more cardio exercise.

Prednisolone and osteopenia
Hi I had a Dex scan a few weeks ago and my bone density showed I have osteopenia, I was given
calcium
and vitamin D tablets to take twice a day. So would it help if I drank milk to help to augment this as I don't have milk normally but have yogurt. Thank you in advance for any replies. Peter.

Nocturia
During my research I saw that
calcium
channel blockers can cause nocturia, I currently take Amlodipine for blood pressure, I'm thinking of stopping them but not sure what alternatives are available. Has anyone tried this?.....or does anyone have a strategy for handling nocturia ?....

Alternatives to milk
I know there are lots of milk alternatives, eg soy milk, oat milk etc - does anyone know which one is the best for people trying to avoid
calcium
? I don’t really want to try soy milk, and as far as I can see, oats have some
calcium
. Does anyone know of a
calcium
free alternative? Thank you.

Coronary Calcium Score High
Calcium
score is 2581 Agatston/Volume Mildly calcified Aortic valve High risk for obstructive CAD - precludes CTCA - alternative investigation advised. Also mild cylindrical Bronchiectasis 😵💫 Question Is the
calcium
score totally awful? What might alternative investigation be?

High urine ph from calcium supplements
Has anyone one had high urine ph from taking plant based
calcium
? My dr wants me to completely stop taking my
calcium
for 2 weeks to see if that is the reason. Im worried about not taking
calcium
for 2 weeks but he said nothing will happen in two weeks to my bones.

Weight and Exercise
It could have been high protein or low
calcium
or the Metformin or Aspirin or dehydration. Now my weight is more or less stable at 15st 9lb. I walk 10 miles each week.
