My recent cholesterol results were almost identical. My HDL was 90! I had a follow up with my Liver team and they mentioned that elevated cholesterol is common in people with PBC, and doesn't increase cardiovascular risk. My PCP wasn't sure and started me on 10 mg of Crestor with follow up LFTs in 3 mos. My baseline LFTs are all wnl now. I was diagnosed with PBC a year ago, and responded quickly to Ursodiol. So I don't know. If my LFTs bump up in March I'm going to check again with the Liver team and get more definitive plan for this.

You shouldn't be worrying about your cholesterol but your blood glucose. Get an HbA1C test youtu.be/fpiRxen9gNk?si=H7K...
