I have got severe osteoporosis and I am wandering if I would be better off with a calcium supplement, I tried adcal-d3 after my zoledronic acid infusion but I had to stop because it gave me constipation, I don't want to be messing about measuring out calcium and I don't know if I am absorbing calcium because I take 20mg pantoprazole a day,

t12 and calcium supplement
The calcium in adcal-d3 is the form of Calcium Carbonate. This is the most constipating widely used form. Try Calcium Citrate. As a bonus, you won't have to take it with food.
Have you tried calcium with magnesium in a capsule form? The magnesium helps resolve the issue with constipation. The combination also helps work together to support our bone strength and density, among other positive effects.
what do they call it,I take 450mgs of magnesium glycinate at night.
I’m the the US, but I take Calcium Citrate & Magnesium in capsule form (Vitamin Shoppe brand), but there are many brands available
I take 2 capsules every morning with breakfast. Magnesium Glycinate is also good for bone, muscle and to help relax which is why it’s good to take at bedtime.
Best Wishes and take care.

Im on CalcichewD3. From GP. Loads of meds make me constipated but not this.
I use Together Health seaweed based calcium capsules. I tried all the things the doctors provided - for me it was nasty stuff - and didn’t do well on any of them. I only take one of these a day - you are supposed to take more but I only take it as a top up to my diet which is quite good as far as calcium goes.
Hi i take calcichew tablets twice a day don't know if they work but seem ok do far
