Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
I also take NAC, DIM,
calcium
d glucarate, omega 3,
magnesium
. All I read is women having multiple surgeries for severe disease. I have adenomyosis too so I know I may need a hysterectomy at some point.

Thyroid meds with calcium?
I am having a very hard time fitting in
calcium
(two 500mg doses), iron, and
magnesium
, all of which I need and have to be taken apart from each other. I also take Pepcid (for gastritis) 30 min before dinner. This can interfere with absorption of all of the above.

Tired all the time
I take a lot of supplements (
calcium
, D3, folate, complex B,
magnesium
glycinate, heme iron),
the only value that was low was ferritin
but I do take iron. I also take Novothyral, which is 100 mcg T4 and 20 mcg T3.

Latest Blood Test Help
I also take Thorne Basic B and Feel
magnesium
+
calcium
and Feel Immunity daily. I stopped taking Basic B four days prior to my blood test (also didn’t eat in the morning of test, which was at 9.20 am) I’ve been wondering if I qualify for trying T3?

Guess what? Your body has changed and will never be the same.
I take a
calcium
tablet with vitamin D and
magnesium
. I eat good but if I want a cookie, I eat it. I also drink a lot of milk. I work on my farm hard everyday. When I’m tired or fatigued, I keep moving. I read my Bible every morning and spend time in prayer.

My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
I also take vitamin D 400mg and 300mg vit k2, and 600mg
magnesium
at a separate time from the
calcium
. My Parathyroid and all other bone profile test results say ok. Confused. . Need your thoughts please? Is there a reason why my blood tests are not reflecting the amount of calcium I ingest?

How to nurture bone health
This mineralised matrix of collagen and
calcium
phosphate -
magnesium
an important bone nutrient too, helping to keep
calcium
in our bones. Osteocytes, osteoblasts and osteoclasts are bone cells. The activity of these being very important to bone health.
