Issues starting with Zanubrutinib.
ok so today is day 3 of starting Zanubrutinib. My BP has been high 170/100 most of the time although it wavers slightly. Doesn't really seem to bother me. Yesterday my heart starting feeling weird. Today the nodes on my left side of my throat seem to be really swelling. I think I've read here that that's

Gabapentin/Iron/Sleep
He reminded me of things we have all talked about regarding PLMD or RLS: To take
Magnesium
and
Calcium
several hours away from the Gabapentin. To take iron tablets with Vitamin C. He said it would be better to take double dose of iron every other day--that it was more effective that way.

Vitamin results are in, advice please.
I finally managed to get a Ferritin test from GP after latest Medichecks showed it had gone down despite taking 20mg of Solgar Gentle Iron. Well, the NHS one shows it’s gone up to 31 from 24 which is amazing really as I haven’t been taking any iron for two weeks!!! So I’m getting no help from them.

Eating tip
for those who can’t eat too much. I recommend a smoothie first thing in the morning. my smoothie contains: fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, lime or lemon juice, honey and milk. I also alternate between banana’s and avocado. hope this helps someone.

Raised Ferritin, should I be concerned.
Hi I've had two over range ferritin results in 2.5 weeks, one on June 13 my ferritin was 160 ( range 13-150) the one on 29 June was 163. I had to have bloods repeated as had some abnormalities. I'm post menopause. I've always struggled with anemia throughout my life and spent much of it on iron tablets

Is there an ideal blood request
I've done a quick search but haven't found the answer so wondering if there was the ideal list when getting bloods done. My GP, if I write to her, will pretty much ask me what I want so on top of the full blood count (and the usual thyroid tests I have to have) are there others that need requesting,

Hypercalcemia under or overactive (para)thyroid?
Hello there, My gp started treating me for hypothyroidism in March for slightly sub-range TH level and very high calcium levels with 25 Levo. I was really exhausted, difficulty walking and getting out of breath, 38bpm HR, frequent nasty migraines, spells of sudden dizziness, weight gain, dry skin, brittle

The Coimbra Protocol for Treating Autoimmune Diseases
Has anyone here used the Coimbra protocol for treating Hashimoto's? It looks very promising! Antibody levels are brought down. The theory behind it is that patients with autoimmune diseases have cellular resistance to vitamin D. Patients are given large doses of vitamin D (along the lines of 1000 IU

Magnesium threonate
Following on from my magnesium/arsenic query, I've been advised to take magnesium threonate for tinnitus. Does anyone else take this supplement and can they recommend a brand? Thank you!

Bit of a Rant
Hi As part of my ongoing dizziness investigations I had a whole raft of blood tests taken mid June. FBC, B12, folate, ferritin, TSH, FT4, electrolytes, kidney function and liver profile. All OK, except still under range TSH, tragic FT4, really dire folate. I have posted about these, my folate was particularly
