Beta Alanine, okay or not okay?
Many pre workout supplements include beta Alanine. I used it in my pre PCA days because I felt it did help with the workout intensity, particularly those exercises that are short...I.e. weight lifting. Anyway, I liked the additional energy release and the slight tingly feeling when using this supplement

I’m really struggling. I drank an energy drink Friday and had a panic attack. Well, ever since then I’ve been hyper focused on my heart rate. I can’t shake it so of course my heart has been racing and I just feel like I’m about to have a heart attack. I don’t even know what to do. I feel so defeated.

I felt amazing after but it’s now 3:30pm and i feel like i’m constipated again and that there is still more to be released. Shall I take another one tonight to clear

Any experience with Benzodiazepines?
I’ve been on Ativan .5-1mg daily as needed 7 years. It’s fast acting, I don’t take it often and it works great for panic. I asked my psychiatrist if I could start clonazepam .5 mg bid (total 1 mg daily because I’m hoping it will be a maintenance lasting the entire day (longer half time, Anyway clonazepine

hi all, I’m 20 and just been diagnosed with stage 4 endo. My endo specialist has given me a couple of options. Either take norethisterone and see how that goes or surgery for excision. my anxiety has been ruling my life lately. I can’t do normal daily tasks without feeling intense worry or having panic attacks. My rescue meds make me too sleepy and it’s difficult to function at work.
