Any help with Prozac or Buspar for Anxiety

I need to get off Gabapentin due to horrible side effects. It seems like I am looking at Prozac or Buspar or the best anxiety med to help get my life back. I realize all meds have side effects so i need some guidance.

I've never had a problem with Prozac, but I did need to speak with my doctor at the outset to adjust the dose. Regular is, I believe, 40 mg, I started on 20mg and had to argue myself down to 10mg because it felt like I was swimming in a fishbowl. It took a good couple months to finally make it work for me; I'm currently on bupropion and have no complaints either. I'm told it's a derivative of prozac, but need verify. Good luck, and be patient 😁 switching meds is *always* a pain in the ass!

i take Prozac as well and have not noticed any side efffects. I’m on that and cymbalta. After YEARS my doc and I agree we found my therapeutic dose
