Buprenorphine and Naloxone

Also known as Buprenorphine and Naloxone 2 mg/0.5 mg. It is a sublingual film that I put under my tongue. It was life changing. My first dose was at noon, and I slept all night with no kicking. It was nothing short of amazing. Life was worth living again.

Lately due to frequent cold I have to increase Buprenorphine and Naloxone to 1.5 mg sublingually (3 quarters of film (2 mg), then I have experienced horrendous heart palpitation and my heart rate goes down to 42 to 44 /minute.

I tried methadone ( didn’t like the drug hangover), oxycodone ( worked fairly well for about 8 months) and am now on Buprenorphine/Naloxone sublingual film 1/5 or 1/4 of a film in evening. For the most that has been working pretty well.

I started taking Buprenorphine and Naloxone three weeks ago. Initially the RLS symptoms are pretty much relieved.

hello is anyone on bupre with nalaxone please? i was wondering is the bupre dose the same with just the nalaxone added? many thanks kirsty

I recently had cause to use a cut buprenorphine patch which had been left in its partially sealed packet for perhaps 6-8 weeks. Within 24 hours of application and the loss of effectivity of the patch it was replacing the "cut" patch seemed to result in mini withdrawal symptoms and some RLS break through
