Pvcs
Have tried the
breathing
exercise
but doesn’t seem to work. Started taking two daily magnesium taurate from biocare a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know when they kick in, if they do? I have asked about pvcs previously and apologies for mentioning again but getting to my wits end.

I jinxed myself 3 months after ablation with EP Doc yesterday!
Im a newbie and retired paramedic here. After years of meds for paroxysmal afib which I have had 10 years I finally had to be cardioverted after an unusual 36 hour afib episode in ER. I am always bradycardic my entire life of 60 years running in the 40's. But 3 months ago HR was up in 220-240. It dropped

Palpitations at night
Does anyone have heart palpitations that keep them awake when they go to bed? Breathing exercises don't seem to help. I've joined walking groups to walk during the day and use up some of the adrenalin, but it doesn't seem to help. Any advice would be appreciated.

Modified Stretching Exercise Improves Breathing.
I hasten to add that this relates specifically to my experience and is only posted to update and inform people on where I am at present. If it is applicable to others then all well and good. The background is that I am 11 months into GCA and PMR which probably started some 2-3 years prior, or even

Has anyone tried diaphragm breathing exercises?
A clinical trial in Brazil showed that diaphragm breathing exercises can help improve muscle strength of your LES. Hence help reduce the back-flow of stomach acid. Has anyone tried this?

How to deal with night anxiety? Advice please!
Hiya folks, first a little background. I'm recovering from serious covid and pneumonia. I was hospitalised. I'm just about 3 months post discharge now, but the recovery has been quite traumatic at times. I've suffered anxiety for my breathlessness and the like. More recently I was managing with meditation

8 months post ablations update
Hi all ending the year I just wanted to post a brief summary how things have developed since my ablation in April 2021. I think my recovery has followed a similar pattern as described by many others on this site. I have phased out meds approx. 6 months after surgery. I did not have any episodes since

Hi all, hope all is well..... I have been partially diagnosed with chronic bronchitis or asthma (which is looking more like asthma now due to many symptoms) since: 05/05/2020 during the first UK Lockdown and for three days now I have been feeling slow therefore taking me twice as long to do anything

Today was not a good day
I just wasn't in a mood to study today, which is a real pity because I had really wanted to be productive today. Today was my favorite idol's birthday. And I really wanted to go all out for his birthday. I wanted to post on all my social media platforms, I even came up with the captions and everything

Anyone found sertraline to cause spaced out feeling and can recommend another anti depressant or an anti anxiety
Hi a friend of mine took first dose of sertraline and it made her feel very strange . Like she was not there. Has anyone felt this and moved on to a anti anxiety depression medication that was OK. Any methods to reduce anxiety also gladly received. She swims walks and does meditation and breathing exercises

Hello Friends, Im 25 y/o and have been a smoker for 6 years. I never had any problems until fall 2019 where i started to cough up white frothy (very bubbly) mucus. I stopped smoking, started doing breathing exercises.. but the phlegm didnt stop. Consistency varies from liquid frothy to thick transparent

Well, that will teach me!
So there I was thinking the lifestyle changes I’ve been making since my last AF episode in June are paying off, as I’ve not had an episode since and then….. bang, everything kicked off just after midnight today and here I am, over 16 hours later with it still going on😡 I’ve tried breathing exercises
