Hi. So I know that symptoms of diabetes is exsessive thirst and urination, but I’m not sure if mine is excessive. I’ve been awake for about 7 hours and I’ve had 3 litres of water and still feel thirsty, I’ve been to the toilet 7 times today and I’ve had headaches. This has been happening for a few days

Update after vitamin B injections, feeling so much better
It's awesome how much better I feel. Last week I had loading dose of B1 (33mg) B6 (33mg) B12 (0.33 mg) injection. Three injections in 4 days. And now I feel fast improvement. Muscular fatigue is moderate, can climb up stairs without feeling exhausted. Appetite increased and digestion improved.

B vitamins for pain relief
Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone else has found that high dose B Vitamins (e.g. Berocca has 500% RDA) help with period pains? I can't find much when I've tried to research it, but it certainly takes the edge off the burning pelvic and referred pains for me. Take care :)

B12 Levels Plummeting
I've been having a variety of issues lately. My latest is my B12 level is dropping like a rock. I'll list the dates and levels and see what you think. Be mindful since they have been checking my B12 since last year, they have remained steady in the 700 range, until this last month. 4-11-2018 758

Evening all, I have quite a few symptoms all ticked accordingly from the Thyroid UK website. I've asked the Dr for a Thyroid Function test and she's agreed to do one for me but she said it would be a non fasting one. Is that correct? I thought i'd have to do a fasting blood test early morning or is that

Are these readings normal?
Hi All, Hope you are doing good. Below are my readings for the last 2 days. Yesterday, when I took my fasting blood sugar reading on the glucometer, it was 101. I took another reading in the next 1 minute by using the same blood. It took me one minute to change the strip and this time it was 70.

Hypothyroidism and Chlorella
I am a vegan with hypothyroidism and take my meds in a morning. I have been reading that chlorella tabs could help me. Chlorella is jam packed full of nutrients. It has tons of phytonutrients, amino acids (both essential and non essential), high amounts of chlorophyll, lots of B vitamins including b12

Lupus & new diagnosis of Diabetes: uncontrolled blood glucose came on suddenly. Anyone else diabetic?
Hi folks, after years of blood tests where my blood glucose level was in the low 5s, I seem to have suddenly (over a few weeks) started with full blown diabetes. My blood glucose was in the mid 20s & I was drinking litres of water as well as dashing to the loo several times a night etc. before it occurred

VOGLIBOSE
I want to know how far Voglibose is effective in tackling type-2 diabetes, whether is it one answer to all Galvus, metformin, glimepiride and insulin, as it blocks entry of glucose into the cell?

Advice B vitamins
Hi everyone, I have just finished my 6 loading doses of B12 injections. I gather I should have taken Folic Acid once started with them but I didn't realise at the time. I have in the cupboard some Vitamin B tablets and I wonder of you could advise whether they are suitable to take. Each tablet contains

The role of vitamin B -12 in Thyroid health
To encourage both to be at their best, special attention need to be paid to thyroid gland health and vitamin B-12 intake. A sluggish thyroid, or hypothyroidism may cause you to be deficient in vitamin B-12, and the resulting vitamin B-12 deficiency can further exacerbate the slow thyroid or negatively

How Much Is The Shoulder Stiffness Due to Pred. Fat Redistribution?
I feel I have a yoke across my shoulder blades & grinding & crunching sensations at the back of my neck. Burning sometimes too. Minimal stuff compared to real pain but it does affect my judgement on how the tapering is going. Have I hit the buffers again at 15mg? Is this PMR on the way or just typical
