I've been doing the couch to 5k to lose weight and try to reverse diabetes type 2 I've lost 7lb so far I'm starting week 5 today I'm haveing trouble with one calf it feels like it's cramping up all the time any tips

Are you doing the stretches after your runs?

I'm doing the cool down but no stretches maybe that's my problem lol

I'll try send you link now 😉 keep up the stretches though, it will fall into a habit and a really needy one to do after each run 🏃
