Hi. So I know that symptoms of diabetes is exsessive thirst and urination, but I’m not sure if mine is excessive. I’ve been awake for about 7 hours and I’ve had 3 litres of water and still feel thirsty, I’ve been to the toilet 7 times today and I’ve had headaches. This has been happening for a few days and I used to go a day without needing to drink much or toilet. Thanks

If your worried go see your doctor and ask for a test. Googling symptoms will not help you just panic you.

as per Andyman - best to go and see the doctor - ruling out diabetes is relatively straightforward. there are a number of things that could explain excessive thirst and urination.
