B vitamins for pain relief

Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone else has found that high dose B Vitamins (e.g. Berocca has 500% RDA) help with period pains?

I can't find much when I've tried to research it, but it certainly takes the edge off the burning pelvic and referred pains for me.
