So as my day off from C2-5K I have decided to do the Strength and Flexibility days In between and today was day 1 and feeling great with this and my daily walking I have managed to walk 7 miles today which I'm pleased about as usually I only do 4 or 5 can't wait for tomorrow run 3 on C2-5K anyone know anything snack I can eat iv mainly been surviving on Peanut butter and linseed bread very yummy but boring sometimes

You could try a box of nuts.. but old school, in the shell, feels like Christmas, needs a nutcracker type box of nuts.. just so you don't eat quite so many as perhaps you could if they were a sneaky bag of salted and roasted yumminess. Would give you something to do with your hands too..
