Can I take Vitamin D and my B complex together? My B complex contains folate. I take just B12 the weeks I have blood tests. Also working on ferritin which has raised from 9 (Oct) to 34. Going to get all vitamins retested in March as now on high dose vitamin D for severe deficiency. I take my iron at

Food stuck in pharynx-Albuterol tx
This has happened a few times in the past couple of months with me. It happened one time about two years ago as well. I attribute it to increased phlegm production and thicker mucus from the COPD getting worse. The first time I waited it out. A vitamin B complex pill lodged itself neatly

How Can I Improve Hypo Symptoms without Causing Arrhythmia and Results of Thyroid and Adrenal Tests
Hi, A while ago I posted on here with continuing hypo type symptoms eg fatigue, weight gain, hair loss, coldness, while taking 1 grain NDT daily. (I have Hashimoto's and had a partial thyroidectomy in the 1990s due to Graves). The issue is that every time I try to increase my NDT dose, even by as little

Folate Level
I have been on B12 shots since August 2021 and am seeing good results with my MMA and homocysteine coming down. Symptom wise, I am seeing very subtle differences but trending in a positive direction. My doctor ordered a folate test. My level is 6.1 with 5.9 being the low end. The last time it was

Pre-diabetes study finds benefit in brighter days and dimmer evenings
The Guardian has another interesting study which might well resonate with some members. I think this line really meshes the paper into thyroid issues: “We know that a disturbed metabolism is so important in the development of diabetes, so if we have ways to improve that, we should do them

Has anyone ever tried piperin extract with b12 or b complex in order to increase absorption?
There are some research showing piperin extract (extracted from black peper) can increase absorption of b vitamins and some other micro nutrients. Any comments?
