Thyroid private blood tests - new company
Hi - A couple weeks ago someone posted a new company offering thyroid
tests
that have
blood
drawing clinics in London and is very reasonably priced. I have just had an unfortunate experience with Medichecks as the clinic I chose in London had no appointments for over a month.

Getting tested for autoimmune diseases
She ordered a bunch of
blood
tests
to rule out various autoimmune diseases or viruses. I got the
blood
tests
and I'm awaiting my results. As far as I know, I haven't had any other symptoms that points to an autoimmune disease.

Blue Horizon Test Discount?
Hi to all, Does Blue Horizon still have a 30% discount with a certain code for
blood
tests
? I've been entering one that I used previously but it doesn't seem to work. Or is it just on Thursdays? Many thanks in advance.

Help with timing of NDT prior to blood tests
Would any of you knowledgeable people be able to advise me of the best time to take NDT prior to
blood
tests
. I take Armour 1 grain twice a day. The first is usually around 6am and the second around 3pm. Does the same convention for
blood
tests
when on Levo and Lio apply to NDT?

Liver Biopsy Soon.
Hey everyone, I have a Liver Biopsy next week, as my
blood
tests
have shown that my body is attacking my liver as it thinks it's "Foreign". I'm going under general for it. Does anyone know why my body is attacking my liver? Thanks,

PMR relapse?
Went to GP but all
blood
tests
normal. Things got worse and was referred back to Rheumatology but they declined referral. GPs (plural) said can't be PMR as no raised inflammatory markers in
blood
tests
. I have long standing diagnosis of fibromyalgia but was never like this.

just diagnosed with cirrhosis
My fibroscan score was 14.1 The endoscopy ,
blood
tests
and ultrasound did not show bad results. I started getting these aches in my liver area after I had the fibroscan. Is this normal. Im afraid it started something.

GP requests blood tests after injections
My daughter has asked her GP for B12 injections (I won't always be around to do them) she has been called in for a blood test, however stating NICE guidelines didn't help. She has previously been misdiagnosed with MS and even her neurologist wrote in a letter last summer that nothing abnormal was found

strange visual ever- report
Saw new GP today who as great,
blood
tests
ordered, doesn’t seem too concerned. Also discovered for any Norfolk folks on the forum that there is a rheumatology helpline available, they were good too. Wish I had known about it sooner!

Latest blood tests - low T3
What to do next? Advice welcome please 🙏 Hi all, I 've been on 75 mcg levo for about 9 weeks. Results since January show conversion mostly dropping as I increase Levo. I just retested, after waiting a few weeks to see if symptoms settled. Test results in photo. Endo could see conversion wasn't good

Getting a diagnosis from blood tests
My GP has finally agreed to let me get my
blood
tests
, I am after advice regarding what I should be asking for them to test and if there is anything I should do or not do before having my blood taken- so I can get accurate results.
