Help with timing of NDT prior to blood tests

Hello. Would any of you knowledgeable people be able to advise me of the best time to take NDT prior to blood tests.

I take Armour 1 grain twice a day. The first is usually around 6am and the second around 3pm.

Does the same convention for blood tests when on Levo and Lio apply to NDT? Is 9am still the best time to take the blood and what would the ideal times to take NDTon the day before the test.

Thank you radd, very helpful link which I will save for future reference. Id just like to clarify something though - if I split my dose (6am and 3pm) should I do the blood test 24 hours after the 3pm dose? Thanks

General advice is if you usually split dose meds, then carry on split dosing before testing with an eight - twelve hour duration before blood draw.

For your interest, I split dosed NDT for about 18 months before reading diogenes papers and switching to once a day. I honestly felt no different so have stuck with dosing NDT once a day ever since. If you have strong enough adrenals, maybe try it? 😊
